Anecdote: In the Fall of 1976 I was given a free ride to a BA. In 1978 I figured out it was a load of crap and left college for an apprenticeship. What Mr. Hanson describes in the Opinion piece has been in effect for 50+ years. A BA became a joke in the 80's, as in what can you do with a BA? McDonalds is hiring.
