MSgt (Join to see) just means what mandates he tried to create via executive order were deemed unconstitutional. An if it is deemed unconstitutional then it's something that would just have to be passed through congress as a new law such as rhe civil rights act.

I don’t know. The SCOTUS should have taken up some of the 2020 election lawsuits, that by definition they should have. I’m not sure about the others, but I can say definitely yes to Pa.’s lawsuit. Why? I believe they were afraid of civil unrest when they ruled the way they would have to. If they let themselves be bullied by the mob... anything can happen.
