Russia has announced that more than 10,000 of its troops that had stationed along the border with Ukraine have finished their month-long drills near Ukraine and are now returning to their permanent base.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I guess POTUS's conversation was more effective than the Right has given him credit for. They will probably withdraw their initial condemnation of how he handled it... NOT!
