Russia has bombarded Kharkiv - Ukraine's second city - since it invaded the country, shelling first residential areas and then the centre of the city, on Tuesday.
Anastasia, a resident of Kharkiv has told Newshour about the Russian bombing attacks on civilian areas of the city and their aftermath.
"We could hear five or six bombers flying overhead. You could feel the ground shaking," she said of the attacks overnight.
Challenging Russian reports they had not attacked civilian infrastructure, she said schools, hospitals, residential areas and grocery shops have been hit.

We know from Syria that Russia has no qualms about directly attacking civilian targets. Given Putins claim that Ukraine doesn't exist it shouldn't be surprising that civilian targets are fair game.
