I hope the Trumpublicans pay for voting it down last week come November. Kansas has spoken on the Abortion issue... I believe that will change some votes in favor of the Democrats come November.

Maybe the Democrats should've left the House version of the bill alone, instead of adding in their "we can spend the money where we want" amendments. It would've passed the first time.

Sgt (Join to see) - No, dipshit, it didn't. Learn to read. The express purpose of shifting money from discretionary spending to mandatory spending was so that it COULDN'T be spent on anything else. The Republicans objected to locking in the money for veterans. So fuck you, David. Don't believe me? Go ask the VFW, DAV, Wounded Warriors, et al. Besides, NOTHING related to discretionary or mandatory spending was changed from the version of the bill that passed in June. The Repugs were just pissed that Schumer got Manchin to go along with Democrats on the infrastructure bill and took their anger out on veterans by holding up a bill they previously approved.

Now run back to the Republican politicians that hold your rope and leave your uniform and title of veteran at the door. Very clear who you are taking up for. And once again, fuck off, piss ant.
