In my opinion racism will never solve racism. Affirmative Action has been around a very long time since 1961. I can vouch it was used effectively in the mid 70's in college and from what I saw personally back then, it has only created division and an entitlement mentality. How long do we give a group of people advantage over others based on the color of their skin.

SSgt (Join to see) With just a few exaggerated yoga positions, you might, maybe, have made a case for for some limited reverse discrimination way back when. But we are 50+ years down range. From the idea's inception, it always caused rancor among the ranks. 50+ years is 50+ high school graduations. 50+ University graduations. AA is the last vestige of the oft referred to institutional, systemic racism. What is the end game? What are the deliverables? What is the exit strategy? When do we plan to dismantle this grotesque affront to Title VII? SFC (Join to see)

CWO4 Terrence Clark - Affirmative Action has done as much as it could for minorities, it has devolved into a benefit, not how a society can survive, setting one person against another because of the color of their skin.
