Reserves and National Guards are a big contribution to the military history.

MSG (Join to see) - I believe this can go both ways. My civilian employer has used much of the training provided by the army that my employer simply could not provide.

1SG (Join to see) - That is true. I guess it depends on the type of career. I guess your employer knows the system and is using it. lol....

MSG (Join to see) - I've seen some civilian employers who use the system correctly and in turn the military and the employers benefit from it and I've seen some employers who are against their employees being reservists and guardsmen and those agencies fail themselves and the service member.

The point in making is if the employer and the servicemen work together everyone can benefit.

MSG (Join to see) - MP's do not go through civilian Law Enforcement classes! We go to Fort Lenardwood!

This was a great read. Not only a good read but AWESOME part of history showing that the Guard and Reserves do there part despite the AC rhetoric! Thank you SFC Nicholas Taylor.
