I wonder if they will write an article about disgusting jobs done by the infantry. Burning poop comes to mind, mucking out the bilge on a Bradley, land nav in the GA swamps, cleaning range latrines... I hated auto mechanics before I joined the army. After I got out, I compared that which I used to hate to what I had done while in, and I discovered it really wasn't all that bad. In fact, it was pleasant compared to the infantry. This list is an outstanding reminder that it could always be worse.
