It is a shame, another life ended because the military can't get its act together and provide care for those who need it. The Deputy Brigade Commander made his statement about the tragedy and what a good soldier he was and went back to work. Does anybody really think something will change? Maybe another questionnaire to fill out after deployment?

I am so sorry for his family and friends. May SGT Wiens rest in peace.

I know that help is out there. The problem is not the military getting there act together, the problem is the stigma of seeking help being seen as a sign of weakness. Stop blaming the military when OUR culture has some culpability in these tragedies. RIP Airborne!
