Lt Col Charlie Brown You couldn't pay me to live in that city! I think if I owned a home in the Bay area and I couldn't sell it I too, would let it go to foreclosure to get rid of it and exit the city.

I agree. We have two kids in California. One lives so far north that I am not overly worried, the other is close to LA which is concerning and I wish they would leave.
