I'm not sure I'm on board with this. I understand the face , and head being off limits, and I'm all for racist, sexist, and obscene being off limits but besides that I say let em have at it. Ink is not a detriment to good order, and discipline. Some of the best NCO's, and SNCO's I've known had ink. I guess this means I'm getting old.
