"EDITORIAL: Congress on the naughty list for another oversized holiday omnibus spending bill"
You know i always have an opinion or thought. So here it is; I want to see a law passed by Congress that ends the threat of Government shutdown by either party. A permanent CR if you will, in which spending levels will remain the same, no matter what happens, until Congress can put a budget together. No increases, no decreases. it just keeps chugging along. The threat of a shut down should never be a possible scenario.
