One that is a direct result of parental neglect and familial abuse is Borderline Personality Disorder.

Way too vague to be taken seriously as a psychiatry or parenting article.

Hey, full disclosure, I was drinking and typing last night… But I think what i was referring to was, "A parent who is constantly watching and critiquing their child’s every move can cause their child to end up with anxiety or depression." All children - dare I say all people will experience anxiety and depression at some point, and especially when they're teenagers, and their bodies cope with changing hormone levels. As a leader and a parent, I try to think critically about problem solving. Instead of dwelling on how or where I could go wrong, I try to hink in terms of problem solving. For example, instead of saying here's how you could screw up your kids, I'd like to know signs and symptoms, and TTPs to correct them.

WO1 (Join to see) - Just saw your comment. It's best to @ mention someone when replying within comments.

When I read "critiquing their child’s every move", I don't think of constructive criticism. I think of the range of positive and negative types with a careful decision to exclude the "constructive" from the sentence.
