SFC Chad Sowash - I was a Sergeant, not a pay grade. And having a specific rank doesn't mean you must know certain things all the time.

Understood Sergeant, we also have other branches reading and possibly commenting and SGT means different things to them so I used the universal pay grade for better inclusion.
