Piss poor planning provided profoundly poor performance. They should be tried - just like any enlisted member who lost their rifle.

Exactly, the fact that there is not a congressional inquiry into this whole chain of command only makes me sad. Never leave anyone behind...

SFC Stephen King - I don't see the point of a Congressional Inquiry. They ask a lot of questions, yell a lot, and do nothing in the end.
