There really need to be consequences for those who willfully violate their oaths of office. Such a violation is an even greater crime than murder in this case. It is that willful act that allows serious crimes to occur

Capt Gregory Prickett - I have, a few time, the last time very recently. Still, I don't see any sense in your comment. Let me give you a an example that you can use to explain. Inasmuch as you are responding to my comment, maybe you don't understand my comment. The President is the chief law enforcement officer of the US. He swore an oath to perform that and other duties. He may delegate authority to the Attorney General, but he can't delegate responsibility. So, if he fails to do the job, what is he guilty of? He is guilty of failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his office as expressed in his oath. Thus, I see that failure as a crime. Same is true with governors and their oaths to uphold the Constitutions and laws of their various states. If not, then what is the purpose of the oath?

Capt Gregory Prickett - You confuse politics with the law. There are laws. The President is supposed to enforce them. His failure to enforce the laws is not a political issue. Again. I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I don't know what makes you think that I'm making up this stuff.

Capt Gregory Prickett - why should I waste anymore time with you? I've explained and you respond with insults and inanities. Have a good night. I have a life to live

CPT Jack Durish - He is a vexatious litigator. A glorified ambulance chaser. He knows which side his bread gets buttered on. A former cop who wants to be a legislator. I hate it when people conceal their bias and try to act like they are rational.

Hasn't Oregon been a sanctuary state since the legislature passed a law way back in 1987? And the legislature, elected by the people, hasn't repealed it since then? Why the sudden interest in impeaching thos gov?
