Thank you for the reminder. I do not use twitter, but have set my DVR to record the series. I will start the series, and watch unless I do not like the take on the war.

You sound just like me. Can't tell you how many times I've set DVR to record a series that sounds good but then cancel after seeing the first episode. This one has received a lot of hype, so hope it lives up to the billing.

Probably close enough to Sept 17 airing that you can set a DVR to record series anyhow, then you don't have to remember.

I can't wait to see this series. I loved that series Vietnam in HD but the PBS series looks like it's going to be better.
