So the percentage is representative of those willing to serve in the post 911 world. It does not bode well that people who do not come from the veteran community are determining where the money goes that is supposed to benefit the same community. I can name a few of my contacts on RP who I think would be great in this capacity. Another untapped resource...

I hope that by January 20, 2017 the percentage of Congressional staffers who have served in the military will increase as the new class of Congress is getting to work PO3 Steven Sherrill
