I watched a documentary on Hoff then did some reading on him. Interesting character.He really does control his bodies temperature in the extreme colds.

LTC David Brown We ride fat bikes in the winter and cold is a major factor. Attempting to getting use to extreme cold is hard.

I have an uncle-in-law who has taken cold-water showers since he was young no matter where he was - he was a missionary and church planter in Peru.
When I was young i tried going through a sauna and then it an outdoor pool once :-)
