Good call. But you have to wonder what will the end result be or will they defy the court and drag it out through litigation that goes well into the new year?

So yes there is a problem when people bring in valid paperwork and are turned away. You do not need a photo ID to vote, like in many states, you need one just when you register to vote in Wisconsin.

What the original argument (posited by liberal media such as the Nation.com) was the case that woman didn't have a copy of her birth certificate and the hospital required her to pay a fee to get a copy. The argument was that people don't have to pay a fee to vote. Very liberal thinking considering that she lost her birth certificate in the first place and that there are other acceptable documents you can use to register such as a drivers license, state ID card and unexpectedly, if you have none of these, you just need to provide the last 4 of your social security number. this part of a Liberal court agenda to allow as many Illegals and the Dead to rise and vote again...
Some one has a problem with the Facts as written that only living US Citizens are allowed to vote in our elections...
