I have served with other nations from 2004 to 2010. From former Eastern Block Countries to Central American all in a war zone. Nobody ever has a more professional attitude than the US. Nobody is more willing to attack and nobody has a better Command and Control.
In most other foreign military NCOs are nothing more than an officers lackeys, there to enforce what the officers order. They cannot make decisions, only enforce them. It is probably one of the biggest drawbacks of these organizations.
The best I worked with (other than the big ones France, Germany, England, Canada, Aussies and Kiwis) were the Polish, Romanians, and Hondurans. The worst were Ukrainians (organized thieves) , Spanish (cowards).

I like it when military members of other countries give our guys and gals , praise and acknowledge the bravery shown by them. We may be from different countries, but fighting for the same cause.
