Not sure why nKorea would blow a nuke in Seoul. This would impact nKorea also. It would loosen the reason to reunify.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint I had thought of the same thing. Perhaps they just run this scenario hedging that Kim is as crazy as they try to make him out to be?

LCDR (Join to see) & I think that's the big block to any pre-emptive strike, sir. If we could figure out a way to keep their missiles from firing, then we may try. Until then, there's too much collateral.
