Actually it makes more sense IMHO to practice deliberate acts of kindness which in itself will result in beauty behind by the recipient 1stSgt Nelson Kerr

I do not think that we should need a reason to be kind. It should be our default. Deliberate acts of mindless are the norm th phrasebjuats asks for a bit more.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - It is interesting that spellcheck corrected your "kindness" to mindless which is how random operates.
Random acts have no bearing on need or usefulness.
There is no compassion in random.
Random benefits the giver more than the receiver of the act in part because the random gift may be given to a dead person, an incredibly wealthy person or a needy person with equal probability.

Radon in the context of human beings us not mathematical yrandom mum an it elegance puts bounds on it . It is doing a kind thing because ut feels right at the moment. It results in a net increase in kindness and that is a good thing. It you do it enough kindness might even become your default .
