Putting aside from Zoom's encryption associations (China), like with any software, use the security features they offer. Many of these people getting their sessions hijacked are not making use of the password feature of the application. Additionally, they are not reviewing the list of people who have joined the meeting. Practice good security and a large majority of these issues will go away.
