One thing that I do not understand, how can some of these women/girls be so stupid. The one Marine personally identified in these articles posted her pictures on Instagram and stated that was the source of her photos.

From the basic terms of service Instagram: 2.You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.

From the Community Guidelines of Instagram: •Post photos and videos that are appropriate for a diverse audience.
We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.
People like to share photos or videos of their children. For safety reasons, there are times when we may remove images that show nude or partially-nude children. Even when this content is shared with good intentions, it could be used by others in unanticipated ways. You can learn more on our Tips for Parents page.

Now with this in mind, isn't stuff like this covered in SAPR/SHARP training? If not, why not?
This is not an excuse, but stuff like this has been going on long before the digital age of today. We can go back to 1983 and 1984 to the 1984 Miss America Vanessa Williams and the "unauthorized" nude photographs of her.

This is another reason why and understanding and education about morality is so important for all people.

It is like Cpl Jeff N. has stated "If you do stupid things, you will win stupid prizes." And that goes for both sides of this equation.

So some people started a facebook page called Marines United for the purpose of sharing photos of naked women. Sounds like a number of other websites that do the same thing. If the photos were taken without the consent of the women, then the perpetrators should be prosecuted. If the photos were taken by or with the consent of the women, well...oh well, stupidity has consequences.

SSgt Robert Jorgensen - I"m wondering what Smith means by dangerous. And by justice, would that mean equal treatment for men and women for sharing? Or just looking? Or just making critical comments?
