Which does not surprise me at all.
You have mostly Type A personalities that realize their world is changing for the worse because of a court marshal, NJP that causes them to lose rank, money and Security clearance, and now administratively removed from service.
It happens on the civilian side as well.... You get charged with being a pedophile and don't want to face it, get your 5th DUI, and this time you killed a family...and don't want to face it....ect ect ect
