I remember a year after the repeal, a task order came down directing all commanders to forward all incidents that had occurred since the repeal. My DCO, my OPS supervisor and I looked at each other and agreed.......we haven't heard a word..negative that is, from the two brigades subordinate to our echelon of anything. It was a total non issue.
