That racist manifesto puts people like me because of my skin color in the crosshairs of others like the shooter in El Paso . The reason I say this is because he made no distinction between an American citizen of Hispanic descent and those Hispanics that are not citizens. To the shooter in El Paso all that mattered to him was the color of their skin . So now we brown skinned Americans have to be wondering if another racist shooter will pop up in another city and do the same .
