World's Fastest Shotgun: Fostech Origin 12

It's been around for a long time but never mass produced. The cost of the special ammo (which civilians probably will NEVER be able to buy) is crazy, if they decide to try and put it into production. The AA-12 is a decent piece but is WAY too expensive. There is a semi auto version if y'all feel the need to buy the ugliest gun on the market. If you want a full auto shotgun the Saiga-12 is what you want.
The best 12 gauge out there is the Fostech Origin 12. It isn't full auto but is the fastest cycling semi auto shotgun in the world. I would put it up against the AA-12 any day. You can convert it into a rifle as well.

TSgt David L. - Yup, I dont shoot skeet or trap, don't fowl hunt, I have one use for a Shotgun and have a HD shotgun Im very familiar with day or limited visibility for that one gun.. I know the the Federal Premium Law Enforcement 00 buck spread at every distance inside the house and out likely to be engaged. I know I can hit a 2 in target at close quarters range 100 out of a 100 times with no pellet fliers so whether its a human shield I am shooting past to hit the available target or through a interior wall Im confident I have the gun , training and ammo.
You hit the nail on the head.. "Pay to play" $2700-$2900 plus the can is just too much for me to play... if it was a need, Id do it in a heartbeat.
The only reason I paid the tax stamp costs for my two cans is just that, need, not to play

Ain't that the honest truth. I live in MD so there will probably be a law against it soon anyway.
