Acquisition Chief: LCS Program 'Broke' the Navy

Whoa whoa whoa. Slow your roll. (Not YOU, SSG Chase). The Navy is NOT broken. Any given carrier battle group can still level a continent. THIS ONE WEAPON system is subpar. Totally agreed. Flush it. They do a lot of things ok, but NOTHING good. So do away with the LCS. But the Navy isn't 'Broken'.
