I would have to see what the Contract with the Chinese Institute of Acoustics says. She may have inadvertently or unintentionally given them full rights for what they do with the recordings - which would allow them to re-license it. In that case, she may have no legal standing, even if what the company did was unethical.

SFC (Join to see) - That would be prudent. Even if they legally used the voice (which I am neither saying they did or saying they did not), once the owner of the voice makes her objections to its use known, honoring her wishes makes sense.
