Sir, I see your point but a lot of veterans are not going to go to them websites because it takes more because I think its a little easier when your officer because your a little more educated there are a lot senior and lower enlisted soldiers who can not write resumes and will spend the money to go to a resume writing agency to write their dream resume. What we need is mentorship between veterans to help each other one on one on social media to guide veterans who don't have a clue on the first thing of putting a resume together, OH you can have college education but not have a job because you can't write a resume because you can't NETWORK with others. Good point on the reading I must say but I was one of them and when I was brought on to DON my resume was not the best and I kept pushing it and someone took the time to convert the MIL to CIV and that what our veterans need because no one cares if JOE was 1SG or CSM they want know if they were Advisor or Director or something else. See how easy that was, if we had people that were devoted to help veterans like you and I we would not need these websites they lie to you half the time or take your money. The key NETWORKING and if anyone needs help my resume has floated the Pentagon through some of my civilian counterparts. SO I know I have a nice resume. Always room for change. check it out it posted for anyone who needs help on RP.

SFC Stephens, excellent point on mentorship. I do personal mentoring on my own, through Veterati and American Corporate Partners (ACP). The personal 1:1 mentoring is the best. Please check out Veterati and ACP as a solid resource.
