Well hopefully not much is actually in the physical form like most banks, but even a couple Billion in the hands of the Taliban is a very scary thought as this will just add fuel to their war machine. I agree with you 100% on this, the less they have will mean the less blood is spilt.

You hope that we have smart SIGAR investigators who are top of this. We had some active investigations in the 2010 - 2011 time frame. They could have kept hundreds of investigators busy with all the corruption.
