Not sure why people keep posting this lame argument now from a black cop gee whiz Charlie Brown. The issue here is Police Officers are using excessive force. These men and women are there to uphold, protect & serve citizens. You cannot shoot an unarmed person at point blank range multiple times and not be prosecuted under due process of the law. That is the issue. I don't care red, black, yellow stars, blue clovers. Let's stop negating!!!

LTC David Brown - Ok, so my point has been made suspect is on the ground no need to pop off a dozen shots to the chest killing a person that is what's been happening. In addition these are "trained" officers right? If the suspect is coming at you why not pop him in the leg, why kill him? Hit em right in that knee...don't care what you're on you're hitting that ground.
