People get all twisted up on what is a Fascist. It goes back to Rome, Fascism is a form of goverment which rests all power in one person, sometimes three people which is a Junta.
The Nazi's became Fascist when they purged the Socialists and Hitler became both Prime Minister and Chancellor. Spain had the Caudillo, Francisco Franco, Italy had Il Duce, Every Fascist country had a single leader. Makes me wonder about Stalin, Mao, and Little Kimmie
