Aguilar’s Bill to Help Military Service Members Transition to Civilian Workforce Heads to...

This is great on paper, but is there any place that I can read up on *how* this bill is going to help? Don’t we already have ACAP/SFL-TAP that’s already been signed into law by congress and pushed by Obama himself? Aren’t these programs supposed to be set in place to increase veteran employment in the civilian sector?

Any additional reading on this would be very appreciated!
