While I think the massage is on point the results of the investigation of the incidents behind the speech is very sad.

meh, it's the content of one character that really matters and not the color of ones skin. If you diversify just for the sake of diversity, your bound to turn down better people in favor of someones skin color. If anything, we are all Americans, and all we should care about is to fight where we are told and win where we fight.
