Yikes. Doesn't bode well for SHARP professionals, regardless of the outcome. We'll see what the official investigation concludes. One thing I'm not a fan of with the SHARP program, at least on the professional side, is that there is a lot of grey area when it comes to response and reporting. Sometimes the common sense thing to do conflicts with either an ethical responsibility, or an artificial one imposed by the program itself. That this is coming out of AFA is especially upsetting, because initial entry soldiers - basic, AIT, cadets of all sorts are certainly the most vulnerable general populations among the ranks. Again, it's probably best to wait and see what the official investigation says - if it's released at all.
