Charged with misconduct dating back to 2013? Something is way wrong if it took the Air Force 3 years to bring charges against a senior officer who by all accounts sounds like a rabid animal. The Navy is very swift to bring justice against anyone every remotely associated with sexual misconduct. Why did it take the Air Force years to take action in this case?
