It's sad to hear that he is getting in trouble but at least he's not like a general who's trying to go for a second or third star and then you find out that the wives of his staff were coming out saying that he had slept with them and the general gets demoted from major or Lieutenant General down to full bird colonel. He is not hurting anybody!

Congrats on the promotion LTC! Long overdue eh? I can’t find fault with this being unless there is more to this than shown, he’s not wrong, he’s not running a double standard by blocking one religion over the other, or using his rank and religion to promote or demote people.

SSG Warren Swan thank you, Warren! The orders were cut on the 8th of August and the date of rank was July 28th!

I appreciate your comment Col. Conway. He is a christian though. Thus, in this nations present P.C. climate, he may very well be demote to Pvt. ( his crime against good order and discipline is far greater then sleeping with a staff members wife or an enlisted female.) As an editorial comment, the General is following orders from his commander in chief. I admire and appreciate this General as he is willing to stand for his faith even while surrounded by the full weight and power of the United States government. Which has one mindless goal in this matter. Destroy him in any and every way possible. The General, while unofficially practicing his faith, is a direct threat to the present P.C. United States military. The General, by his standing on his faith in such conditions, is demonstrating a virtue this is very rare in this nation. Courage! Honor! The courage to stand and not flinch even one word. While those who are all around you want to destroy you. What a man! My highest respects to this true gentleman.

These are some crazy times to be a Christian! What happened to freedom of religion. If he has a web page that he uses in his off duty time, does not let it interfere with work, I don't see the problem.

Three things....
1. Someone has too much time on their hands to make a BS complaint
2. There's a lot to this story that isn't being told.
3. All of the above.
I'll go with number 3.

The last 15 or so years of military policy has much to say concerning "ax to grind.' Speak against girls in military. Your career is over. Speak against human perversion in the military your career is over. If one is not P.C. then one is removed. The General (due to his rank) is indeed a critical target of the above protected groups. His faith condemns the immoral and unnatural culture of the United States military Even though he does not allow his faith to interfere with his official duties. His very public declaration of his faith,, while at the same time a very high ranking official in the military. Challenges the public and political image the highest command has established. That being the militaries unity in its organizational acceptance of these unnatural life styles. Thus, the General must be silenced or destroyed. An editorial note: Such a hard and unjust policy by any power proves there is a GOD! Simple JUSTICE (when treated so unjustly by a lessor power) demands there be a GOD!
