Given all the sexual harassment things going around lately, wouldn't surprise me at all if this is somehow related to the change as well. Probably not a job in the military where there is more opportunity. Leadership and risk management style sounds more like an acceptable cover up that protects the reputation of the unit to me.

Maj Marty Hogan seems like no coincidence it happens at the same moment in time you got all these sexual misconduct allegations coming out for the media, political and business world. It just seems like the dominoes just keep falling wondering if anything will be left once it's all over with.
