Air Force veteran’s PTSD triggered by familiar office ringtone

Funny enough...something like this happened to me. Only it wasn't an office ring tone. I was at my civilian job at my lab and in the lobby were a number of folks. This one guy, who was fairly regular coming in for bloodwork, had been in the service. His phone chimed off when he received a call or text I'm still not sure, but it was set on the highest volume level and it was the exact alarm used at my base in Iraq for the C-RAMs. I freaked out a little when it went off.

Wait until the air conditioning goes out...
