Airstrikes outside Syrian capital kill at least 19 civilians

Few other countries have the concern for collateral damage, only to defeat the enemy. It’s a tough situation, many times more civilians are killed while a battle drags on due to our reticence to act swiftly. Funny to note the only country that gets sued is the USA.
