Notice the tactics. ISIS uses the same tactics. Then, the article states it has not slowed, or stopped them after losing ground and some of it leaders.
Because why? I think, it is due to it being an Ideology. The physical part is nothing to the goal. To them, they get a free pass into heaven for dying while fighting for the cause.
