Alabama’s homeless veterans: 'We’re treated like a disease’

It is tough to get people off the street, better if we find a way to keep it from happening in the first place.

Most of the Homeless Veterans I meet are full of BS. Many either get benefits and blow all their money or come out of the Military prison system. This person's story sounds odd and the reporters just parrot what they're told. He is still eligible for Social Security SSDI or SSI and Sec 8 HUD.. GR and SNAP as well as Medicade. Unless Drug or Drink calls the shots.
