Sadly, she's a lone voice in the wilderness. Again again again Amber, the nation voted for leaving. Period. Or as you Brits say - "full stop."

The thing that hurts when everyone quits who opposes something in the political system is that it just creates a system where bad ideas are allowed to proceed without opposition - because all the opposition quit. Now, they're just stuck with bad ideas.

To be fair tho, the nation voted to leave. And the nation was told to "think about it very carefully." The acting prime minister at the time (David Cameron) even went so far as to say that if the nation voted to leave, he would not support it - which equals resignation. So if the exit will be as bad as the doomsayers predict, then the people will have to suffer under the vote that they cast. Just like every other vote that has not turned out like they thought.

As a side issue, there are four main parties in the UK, so as the vote to leave was just over half, its very presumptuous of the Labour party to assume that they are on the side that wants to stay. So voting against Johnson could be a nail in their coffin.
