America's military is built to help defense contractors, not troops

Something people dont take into account when the government puts out all these contracts and pays these companies to research all this stuff is that there is a 2nd reason for it all. The government knows that if a major war were to break out again, that we would need a massive industrial complex to wage it, think WW2. Us paying all these corporations this money is a sound defensive strategy if you think about it, because now if a war does break out our industrial complex is already built up

My brother worked for Defense Contracts for the government. Than he went into the private sector and is making a ton of money showing companies how to pass government audits.
