Yes, it should be kept classified.
I would pose the follow-up question: should any information be classified since the taxpayers pay for it?

Very good point that I agree with. The issue I have is that once something becomes high profile, like the B-21, is there a need for overall classification or should there just be classified subsets of that program?

Fair question. There are surely unclassified components on the aircraft and likely if that information was available, those could be unclassified and public knowledge.
I think the totality of components and the total cost would potentially give our adversaries useful information to defeat the aircraft.
I think it is possible (at least from an information sharing, document classification perspective) to get an unclassified list of components, if any of the information relating to development is unclassified.
