The article doesn't give specifics on the bullet, kind of ticked me off. Several weeks ago I saw that someone is testing a modified boattail. Modified in that an additional small teat had been added at the back for stabilization. Wonder if this is the bullet in this article. Initial reports gave the modified round big kudos.
