An Air Force Budget Report Confirms a Truth About SpaceX

Personal opinion, not professional, but this clearly shows exactly why the DOD needs to embrace and expand the coming revolution in US commercial space launch technologies. By the current COCOMs and Services, and possibly by the much discussed new Space Corps/Force/Guard/Service and (my favorite proposal) a reactivated US Space Command as a COCOM with similar additional authorities, especially concerning procurement, as US Special Operations Command currently has.
